The Sea Spirit Guest House is a 4 star silver award winning family run guest house in a quiet residential road with free non restricted parking in St Leonards on sea, The Sea Spirit has a home from home ambience with lots of period features, original fireplaces, and decoration sets for a beautiful relaxing atmosphere, built in 1890. All rooms are either en-suite, or with a private bathroom, All rooms have flat screen t.v, tea & coffee making facilities, Complimentary toiletries in each room, a hairdryer, shoe shine, iron and ironing board available on request. Clean freshley Laundered towels are provided in all rooms. Wake up to a Full English breakfast, a Continental breakfast or choose one of our lighter options , all dietery requirements catered for. We offer three course evening meals from our menu (pre-arranged) in our beautiful poppy dining room. Or you can relax at our bar and have a bar snack. Unwind in our lounge, and watch our 42inch plasma t.v. Children are welcome, we can provide a cot on request. We have a large garden with patio area, to sit and relax.
